As avid high school and college sports fans we manage to stay busy. Our kids have all participated in high school basketball, college basketball, coaching and officiating. At the various stages we have followed them around the state cheering them on so we can personally attest to the many great school systems Eastern Oregon has to offer! We are EOU Booster Club members and enjoy watching the EOU Mountaineers any time we have a chance.
Randy grew up in Union County leaving for a few years but knew it was time to come home again when the kids started reaching their teens. Union County has provided our kids with the perfect setting to grow up. I really enjoys spending time fishing in the area lakes, creeks and rivers - and if the weather isn't up to that you'll find me in the shop woodworking!
Shawna grew up in Weiser, Idaho and came to The Grande Ronde Valley after living several years in the Mat Su Valley just north of Anchorage, Alaska. I brought with me to Eastern Oregon my love for the outdoors - regardless of the season. Union County provides me with four distinct seasons to enjoy everything from building snowmen and skiing to working in the yard and hosting barbeques! If the weather doesn't work to be outside - I'll be in my quilt room!
We enjoy our home, our neighbors and the people we work with. We love to travel when time permits and always enjoy returning to our Eastern Oregon home. We are very blessed to live in such a beautiful area and work in a profession that is so easy to enjoy.
